THE SANCHEZ FAMILY
Originally from San Diego 🫢. Yes, San Diego. We moved to North Idaho because we align with what this place stands for: Faith, Freedom, and Family. We're raising our boys here, and we're building CULTURA here.
It started in 2021 as a side hustle at the Silver Lake Mall farmers market. Aguas frescas out of a tent, two days a week, no grand plan. Then we fired up the trompo, started carving al pastor, and something clicked. The regulars showed up. The line grew. A side project became a calling.
From a farmers market tent, to a mobile trailer, to Coeur d'Alene's East Sherman food trucks, to our brick-and-mortar home on Neider Avenue, CULTURA has grown one taco, one guest, one relationship at a time.
Our Mission: Excellence in Action.
Our Goal: To be known for leaving a lasting impression of flavor and service.
We call ourselves a TACO MINISTRY. Because for us, tacos are the tool. People are the purpose.
