For office lunches, open houses, team meetings, birthday parties, and smaller gatherings that still want the full Cultura experience. One team member sets up on-site and cooks live on the griddle, pressing tortillas fresh and handing tacos off hot, one at a time. Same craft, scaled down. Not a drop-off. A show.
